Kordeno. Starting with construction.

Start with the working day of small businesses.

Kordeno is an internal Uzumi project for independent contractors and small construction businesses. Its guiding need is to keep customer relationships, commercial documents and work on site connected.

From the office to the site.

The product is organised around customers, quotes, construction sites and invoices. A native mobile application complements the web application for work on site. These journeys are documented in the code reviewed in September 2026; the product remains in development.

Bring work together without adding complexity.

Dashboard navigation separates business activities from tracking tools. Web and mobile journeys share the same working context. The aim is to simplify organisation; no time savings or customer results are claimed.

Distinct web and mobile architecture.

The documented foundation uses Next.js, React and TypeScript for the web, with Expo and React Native for mobile. Business logic remains on the server. The case illustrates product design and architecture: separate interfaces for office and site work, connected to the same business activities.

The sources support these technical choices; they do not amount to a full test of every application journey.

No launch date, customer adoption or commercial availability is announced. The typographic illustration expresses the project identity; it is not a product screenshot. Private screens remain outside this presentation.
