Data and purposes
Your name, email, project type and message allow ICM Consult SRL to handle your enquiry about Uzumi. There is no marketing subscription or attachment upload.

Processing and providers
The server hosted by Vercel validates the fields. Resend delivers the message to info@uzumi.be and the visitor’s email is used as the reply address. The website does not create a contact database.

Technical protection
The form uses a signed token valid for 30 minutes, temporary hashes and local counters lasting 15 minutes, alongside shared network protection. The idempotency key limits duplicate delivery at the provider. These technical windows do not determine retention of correspondence.

Cookies, audience measurement and logs
The theme preference is stored locally in the browser under uzumi:theme; the language is part of the URL. Only with your consent, the website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits and the performance of Uzumi’s Google ads: pages viewed, scrolling, clicks to other websites, downloads, use of the form (without its content), device type, browser and approximate location. Google Analytics then sets the _ga and _ga_8985LVP8MB cookies, valid for up to two years. Without consent, no Google script is loaded. No personalised advertising or remarketing is enabled. Your choice is stored in the browser under uzumi:analytics-consent and can be changed at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Google may process this data outside the European Union under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Vercel may process technical connection data to provide and protect the service.

Correspondence retention
Contact enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are retained for no more than twelve months after the last exchange.
